For light yellow liquid or crystals, insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ethyl ether, propylene glycol, such as organic solvent.
aroma: sweet, almonds, nuts, roasted incense, incense smoke.
Application Suggestions: used for deployment of almond, bread, pork, molasses, baking food, nuts scent flavor.
Suggested usage: concentration in the final spicy food is about 20 mg/kg.
